No, VfR isn't an anime. It's an rp between me and ~Naked-Squid.
Her outfit is based off the uniform design by Squid. Usuall there's another shirt over the black but i left it out.

Oooo nice, I love the colours you've used on the boots :D On the black shirt, I think you need to use slightly more subtle changes in shades on the black, so for example instead of what you've done, try using these:

(zoom in to see the different colours). It will make your top look less flat. However, I like where you've placed the shadows on the top :)
